1. General Provisions

2. Voluntary Support and Donations

2.1. The project does not conduct commercial activity and does not sell goods or services.
2.2. All funds provided by users are voluntary donations intended solely to support the project and are used for:

  • server hosting and technical infrastructure costs;

  • development and maintenance of the game servers;

  • compensation for developers and administrators ensuring stable operation.

2.3. Donations are not payments for goods or services and are non-refundable.
2.4. As a token of appreciation, supporters may receive non-material in-game benefits (such as roles or access), which:

  • have no monetary value;

  • may be modified or revoked at the discretion of the administration.

3. Server Usage

3.1. Users must comply with the rules and guidelines established by the Rustica Gaming administration.
3.2. The administration reserves the right to modify server settings, rules, or gameplay mechanics without prior notice.
3.3. Any actions that harm the servers, disrupt gameplay balance, or provide unfair advantages are strictly prohibited.
3.4. In the event of an account ban, all granted privileges are revoked without compensation.

4. Liability

4.1. Rustica Gaming services are provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4.2. The project is not responsible for data loss, gameplay progress loss, or technical issues.
